Neat Parcel is not currently accepting product orders. We are confirming delivery destinations, fulfilment arrangements and our returns process before opening sales.
Shipping
Available countries, shipping charges, processing times and estimated transit times will be shown before you place an order. We will also clarify tracking and any duties or import charges for each destination.
Returns and order issues
Our return window, eligibility conditions, return-shipping arrangements and refund process will be published before ordering opens.
